about me myself Ieila the designer

I’m an art director and designer, but design has always been more than a profession to me. It’s a way of observing the world — reorganizing, rebuilding, exploring possibilities, and transforming abstract ideas into something that can be seen, understood, and experienced.

My educational background also spans different areas of communication. I hold a degree in Social Communication with a focus on Journalism, completed technical training in Design in Australia, and later earned a postgraduate qualification in Digital Design. This combination of storytelling, language, visual thinking, and technology continues to shape the way I approach brands, campaigns, and projects from beginning to end.

Today, my work brings together strategy, visual identity, art direction, content, digital, campaigns, activations, media, and execution. I’m interested in creating identities with substance — visual systems that are coherent and distinctive, yet flexible enough to grow, adapt, and evolve without losing their essence.

My influences also naturally extend beyond design. Cinema, philosophy, and physics continually shape the way I think about imagery, perception, structure, time, and the many ways we organize and interpret the world. Perhaps that’s why I’m so fascinated by deconstructing worlds, understanding how they work, and imagining new ways to rebuild them.
